The Founder’s Vision
Yannick Bedard
Founder & Principal Consultant
Yannick Bedard is the founder of Bedard Strategic Consulting Inc., a boutique advisory firm focused on strategic partnerships, business development, leadership advisory, and Indigenous collaboration.
Originally from a small town in Quebec, Yannick learned early in life that small actions can have a meaningful impact on people and communities. Over the course of more than 18 years of professional experience, he has developed expertise in building partnerships, designing growth strategies, and supporting organizations navigating complex business environments.
Throughout his career, Yannick has had the privilege of working closely with Indigenous communities across Canada. The guidance and knowledge shared by Elders, Chiefs, Council members, entrepreneurs, and community leaders have deeply shaped his understanding of reconciliation and respectful economic collaboration.
In addition to his strategic advisory work, Yannick also dedicates time to coaching individuals and leaders, helping them navigate personal growth, leadership challenges, and relationship dynamics with greater self-awareness and clarity.
He approaches his work with humility, curiosity, and the belief that strong partnerships and thoughtful strategy can create lasting impact.
